Punte is Multi-Purpose feature rich WordPress theme for newspaper, magazine, corporate, business and general blogging website. This template was created to help you in creating a fully customizable site with the help of easy to use option panel. We added incredible features for a high-quality browsing experience from all types of devices.

Requirements for Punte

In this section we will present the recommended configuration under which the theme would work perfectly. Those are not absolute values, the theme performance depends on many factors like the host performance, server configuration and the number of visitors.

Hosting requirements

If WordPress performs fine on your host, the theme should too. Next we will present you a list of common hosts and the traffic you can expect to host on them.

Please note that the numbers quoted here do not represent a guarantee, hosting performance is depended on your WordPress configuration, plugin configuration and general OS configuration. All numbers assume that you use a caching plugin like wp super cache. Also a CDN solution like Cloud Flare should help a lot.

You can install the theme in two ways: through WordPress or via FTP.

Demos: Introduction

Developing a fully functional beautiful template but using its components to create a well designed and attractive site layout is yet challenging and exciting. Punte comes with the 10+ prebuilt in demos to avoid such hassle amongst the users. Now you may choose any demo as per your requirement from the built-in demo installation option.

Dummy contents are used in the demos. These contents can later be changed with one of your own.

Disabling Custom Post Types

The theme has inbuilt Three custom Post types - Portfolio, Testimonial & Team. These Post types might come in handy for some specific type of sites. For e.g If you were to develop a simple portfolio website where you wish to display your works and skills then having Portfolio Post Type Enabled will provide you further option to display them systematically. In case you don't wish to use these Post Types in your site you may disable them by following these steps:

Configuring the Website Container Width

Website Container width option allows you to define the container width size for your size. The contents of the sites will be displayed inside this width size. To configure the Container width for your site follow these steps:

Configuring Content | Sidebar width Ratio

The Content | Sidebar width ratio option allows you to define the width ratio between content and sidebar. For e.g. if you have set the container width to 1200 and have defined the Content | Sidebar width ratio to 70% | 30% then the content will occupy 840px and sidebar will occupy 360px. The Content | Sidebar width ratio option works only in the page with one sidebar. To configure the Content | Sidebar width ratio follow these steps:

Setting Sidebar Layouts for Pages and Posts

You may set the Sidebar layout for the pages and posts in two ways. One via theme option which will globally apply the sidebar option to all the pages and posts and other by meta option which will individually apply the layout option to the specifc pages and posts only.

How Header Setitngs work

The theme provides you to use any of the header style from the available Six Header Layouts or You may also Choose to create your own custom header for your site via Header Builder. The Header set via Custom Header Builder option will overwrite all the settings made for the default header styles. It is one of the powerful option giving users full control over the header layouts.

How Woocommerce Settings Work.

The Punte template has been designed to be compatible with the one of the most popular ecommerce plugin Woocommerce. All you need to do is install this very plugin and add the products and the product pages are well displayed in the front with further customizable Options.

Woocommerce Menu Option (Shopping bag)
